It is very important to us to enable people of all ages, backgrounds, skin colours, sexual orientations and physical disabilities to enjoy an extraordinary and uncomplicated visit.

To ensure that we can offer all our guests a unique experience at VEKTOR, please note the following rules:

1. Opening hours: Notices and public announcements apply. The booked time/day is binding and non-transferable. If you have any questions, our staff will be happy to help you. We will do our best to offer you an alternative in special cases, but there is no entitlement to compensation in the event of no-shows, sickness or delays.

2. Please make sure that your mobile phones are switched to silent mode on the premises. In order to ensure that all visitors can enjoy a relaxed stay, we ask you to refrain from using mobile phones (except for taking photos without flash).

3. Photography is only permitted without flash. Any commercial use of films and photos shot on the premises of VEKTOR @ KRAFTWERK Berlin requires the written authorisation of the management. If necessary, VEKTOR @ KRAFTWERK Berlin may issue a general ban on photography for artwork and exhibition spaces.

4. You are liable within the legal framework for any damage caused by you or those entrusted to you. In the event of intentional or negligent triggering of the alarm devices or disturbances that require the interruption of the event, the responsible visitors shall bear the costs incurred.

5. Please take care of your belongings and other private items. Do not leave any bags or similar items unattended in the exhibition area. No liability can be accepted for lost or damaged items. If you have found or forgotten items in the rooms or on the grounds, please let us know. We will be happy to help you. Please note that there are no lockers or cloakrooms in the exhibition.

6. Smoking is prohibited in the entire exhibition area. The smoking ban also includes the use of e-cigarettes, shisha and e-shisha or similar. The use of drugs is strictly prohibited, including the excessive consumption of alcohol. Entry may be refused to people suspected of being under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol.

7. We have a very strict no outside food, drinks or alcohol policy. Guests are not permitted to bring in any of their own food or drinks into the exhibition.

8. Animals, with the exception of trained assistance dogs, are not allowed on the entire premises.

9. For your safety the premises are under video surveillance.

The instructions of the supervisory staff must be followed. In special situations, these instructions may also go beyond the behavioural instructions already specifically listed in these house rules. In the event of violations of these or disruptions to exhibition operations, visitors may be asked to leave the premises. In the event of repeated offences, visitors may be banned for a limited or unlimited period of time.

VEKTOR employees are authorised to exercise the house rules in the interests of the management.

Please generally behave as calmly and considerately as you would expect from other visitors, so that everyone can have a great experience together at VEKTOR.
